C&C Hospitality Group, located at 15 Apple Way, Eastham, MA 02462, is hiring 5 Line Cooks for full time temporary work from May 16, 2025 until October 13, 2025 to work at 4380 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02462. Primarily workers will assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations, and preparing food, which will require cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks, then plating the food based on instruction from Senior chef. Workers will work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to requests and on time. Workers will also wash and clean the kitchen and utensils and equipment at the end of shifts or as needed to ensure the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food and safety standards. No education is required, but two months of line chef or higher experience is required or 6 months of other kitchen work is required. On the Job Training of 1 week is provided at no charge to the workers. Workers will be paid at a rate of \$20.97 per hour regular time with overtime paid at a rate of \$31.46 per hour if applicable. Workers will be paid at least once every two weeks. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 p/day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will use a single workweek as its base for computing wages due. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. The Employer does not intend to provide housing unless circumstances dictate that this is preferred by all parties in which case the Employer may provide or assist with securing housing. This will be at the option of the worker, and the worker and Employer will agree to a reasonable rate for deduction if needed.
