We are looking to bring some day-to-day substitutes on board for the 2024/25 school year. Our Daily Substitutes rate is $230/day with no benefits included.
We are primarily looking for candidates who have a passion for teaching students and share in our mission and vision. At Atlantis, we are committed to putting the needs of our students first and they are the center of all of our decision making.

Has an understanding of the various challenges students in an urban setting face and is able to adapt teaching style and approach as needed
Knowledge of charter schools and an understanding of how charter schools of what makes charter schools different
Additional requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in the area of certification preferred.
Knowledge of PBIS and experience implementing in the classroom preferred.
Valid Teaching License recognized by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education or evidence of eligibility to obtain such licensure within one year of employment.
Experience using technology in the classroom preferred.
At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to relate well to others.
