The Arc of Opportunity is looking for a strategic leader for the Division Director of Quality Assurance team. Salary: $87,131 annually

About the Role
The Division Director of Quality Assurance, drives initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, improve program outcomes, and support the agency’s mission to empower individuals and build inclusive communities. This dynamic role offers a chance to lead a collaborative team, analyze data for impactful decision-making, and oversee critical quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance and Quality Leadership
· Implement and monitor licensing and accreditation standards (DDS, MassHealth, CARF, etc.).
· Act as the agency's Human Rights Coordinator, facilitating committee meetings and serving as a liaison.
· Facilitate the Incident Review Committee, analyzing data and developing and monitoring action plans
· Oversee and respond to internal and external complaints, investigations, and compliance reviews.
· Maintain current and updated Safety Plans and DPH MAP Registrations for all programs
Data and Performance Management
· Lead the annual satisfaction surveys for individuals, families, and stakeholders, presenting actionable recommendations.
· Analyze performance indicators and compliance data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
· Develop and implement procedures to improve the quality and flow of agency-wide information.
Team Collaboration and Process Optimization
· Lead the quality assurance team in achieving operational efficiency.
· Oversee the agency's referral coordination process to enhance workflow and service integration.
· Develop and oversee the agency’s comprehensive audits process, developing and monitoring action plans
· Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory mandates and quality standards.
Strategic Initiatives and Oversight
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations, ensuring agency-wide compliance.
· Conduct on-site visits, audits, and training sessions to uphold quality standards.
· Develop policies and procedures to enhance agency operations and regulatory adherence.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
· Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
· Experience: 3–5 years of leadership in quality assurance, with knowledge of regulatory mandates.
· Skills:
o Strong statistical analysis, database navigation, and reporting expertise.
o Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
o Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
· Certifications: Maintain or obtain CPR, First Aid, MAP, and CPI certifications.
· Requirements: A valid driver’s license, acceptable CORI, and driving record
