Gibbs Oil Company LP is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager at our Full-Service Gas Station. in Manchester by the Sea, MA. In this role, you will support the station manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with customer service, managing inventory levels, training and supervising staff, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring the gas station remains clean and safe for all patrons.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or gas station management is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Ability to manage inventory and handle cash transactions accurately.
Experience in training and overseeing team members.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of performing job-related driving tasks.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift items up to 25 lbs.
