Part-time: 20 hours per week (full time school vacation weeks) Girls Inc. of Holyoke is accepting resumes for a Program Facilitator position working directly with girls ages 5-12. We are seeking creative, energetic individuals who are passionate about inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Girls Inc. of Holyoke delivers life-changing programs that inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Research-based curricula, delivered by trained professionals, equip girls to achieve academically, lead healthy and physically active lives, manage money, navigate media messages, and discover an interest in science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM). Girls Inc. of Holyoke is an independent affiliate of the national Girls Inc. organization, the nation?s leading expert on issues affecting girls and young women. Reporting to the Director of Elementary School Programs, the Program Facilitator will be responsible for program development and delivery (topics include: STEAM, Health & Wellness Programming, Academic Success and Economic Literacy), facilitation of Girls Inc. curricula and innovative EEC-licensed after school programs for girls age 5 ? 12. High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an educational or youth development setting. Current college students or recent graduates exploring careers in education, social work, non-profit management, psychology, women?s studies, or science, are encouraged to apply. Valid driver?s license required. Driver credentialing (as needed) and CORI checks required. Qualified Section 3 residents are encouraged to apply. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
