Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 8+ years of professional experience to oversee and manage key financial operations within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial reporting, budget analysis, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with healthcare accounting standards.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliation activities.

• Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets that align with organizational goals.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, GAAP, and internal policies.

• Identify efficiency opportunities and propose solutions to streamline financial processes.

• Conduct financial planning and forecasting to support decision-making across leadership teams.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff and promote a strong team culture.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification highly desirable.

• Minimum of 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting regulations, and best practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience managing financial audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Leadership skills with a commitment to mentorship and development of team members.
