In this Employee Communications 6-month internship, you will be responsible for the following:
•Collaborate with various members of the corporate communications team, including public relations and social media, on projects that drive employee engagement and Kronos brand awareness
•Develop and manage content about our WorkInspired culture for multiple internal communication vehicles
•Write and/or video produce employee spotlights featuring strong-performing Kronites
•Work cross functionally with writers, graphic designers, and external vendors to develop and deliver high-quality, high-impact materials that illustrate our WorkInspired culture
•Assist the employee communications team with planning and executing employee events such as Spooky Monday, Thanksgiving Luncheon, and Take Your Child to Work Day
•Support the coordination of GiveInspired employee events and initiatives
•Conduct various research efforts for future events and programs
•Act as a culture champion for Corporate Communications team, orchestrating team gatherings
•Be a Chatter champion to help facilitate company-wide collaboration
This internship is intended to be 30+ hours per week at our Lowell, MA headquarters.
•Pursuing an undergraduate degree or equivalent degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English
•Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
•Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Able to multitask multiple projects, solve problems, exhibit excellent organizational abilities, and strong attention to detail
•Highly personable and able to work well across teams
•Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, tech savvy, and have experience in social collaboration, video editing, and blog tools
•Since this 6+ month internship extends into the Fall and Winter semesters, students applying should have a flexible class schedule with the ability to commute to Lowell, MA.
