Do you speak in terms of DAU (daily average users), MAU (monthly average users)? Are you well versed in maximizing the value from UGC (user generated content)? UKG is looking for an outcome-focused leader to drive the engagement team to provide the world’s leading organizations with an unrivaled user experience. UKG Talk is the engagement platform for UKG Pro suite. Talk provides the tools to enable organizations to build and grow their own unique communities. As lead product manager for the engagement team, you will use metrics and customer conversations, stakeholder feedback and market research to identify the product outcomes that provide the best value. So defined, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver the road map, responding to an ever-changing environment while still meeting market commitments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the technology lifecycle of new products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, and release.
• Evaluates business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, customer business issues, and the competitive landscape.
• Takes accountability for the successful delivery of all roadmap releases and features along with achieving product goals and KPIs.
• Defines product features of releases and represents business requirements to the technology organization.
• Works with internal stakeholders to position products & features, design demos, developing training courses, and to ensure general organizational readiness.
• Leads discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Breaks the product vision into product releases and features that continuously deliver value to the customer.
• Assists services and engineering troubleshooting product escalations from customers.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 5 or more years' experience in product management
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
**We love to collaborate in person. 3 days per week in the Lowell office is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with teams located internationally
• Experience supporting accessibility and WCAG standards
• Experience with SaaS, and/or social media companies

The pay range for this position is $126,300.00 to $181,550.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
