Job Title: Project Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Specialist to join our team. This role involves applying formal project management methodologies to ensure professional execution of projects on schedule and within budget. The Project Specialist will effectively manage exceptions and escalations as they occur.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and project schedules.

• Prepare and manage project scope statements and work packages.

• Handle formal contract and change order communications.

• Create and maintain resource plans and cost estimates.

• Maintain risk and issues logs.

• Generate status and exception reports.

• Coordinate with hardware and electromechanical engineering teams.

• Utilize project scheduling software for effective project management.

Work Environment

This role follows a hybrid model, offering the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site. The work environment includes interaction with advanced technologies and equipment. The position offers 2 weeks of paid time off and 6 paid holidays. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
