We are looking for a Services Enablement Learning Specialist to help our resources learn and master our workforce management products. The role is part of the Kronos Professional Services Global Services Engineering - Learning team and is responsible for the design, development and some delivery of innovative learning opportunities for Kronos Professional Services resources, reporting to the Services Learning Manager.

The Global Services Engineering team is a team of professionals committed to innovation, development, and training of our Professional Services teams across the globe. Team members create education for multiple Kronos solutions in a variety of industries, focusing on the value provided to our customers and the achievement of their desired outcomes. This is an evolving role that will require flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of our business. As Kronos transforms into a world-class SaaS organization, the Learning team is at the forefront of ensuring our Professional Services resources are delivering the best experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

•Share your passion around an incredible customer experience throughout the development and delivery of training.

•Innovate social learning opportunities and drive awareness for collaboration and networking capabilities where resources can share, learn and develop their skills in a collaborative model.

•Develop cross-functional relationships that allow you to establish and manage education plans to proactively implement anticipated changes.

•Create learning content; develop computer-based and instructor-led courses with a focus on experiential learning.

•Leverage personal and professional experience to bring new opportunities for content and resource development.

•Design blended learning solutions that maximize learning efficiency and contribute to time to value for our customers

•Rapidly and iteratively create impactful and engaging instructor-led and self-paced course content, such as instructor-led course and lab guides, job aids, elearning tutorials, software simulations, learning assessments, and webinars

•Apply adult learning principles to engage participants and maximize knowledge and skill retention

•Participate in the on-going refinement of team standards and processes

•Stay current in training trends and recommend other training media, methods and approaches to implement new ideas.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Master’s degree or other formal education in Learning, Instructional Design, Organization Behavior, or Organization Development is preferred.

•3-5 years’ experience delivering organizational training is required, consulting training preferred.

•Experience in labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, Scheduling or similar domain product/systems preferred

•Proven ability to develop training that incorporates adult learning theories, visual learning design and interactive training techniques; must have experience with development in multiple modalities of instruction including: instructor-led training (synchronous and asynchronous) and elearning (including for mobile devices); examples required

•Innovative and creative, adaptive and quick to learn

•Excellent communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care. Adept at consultative interviewing and information gathering.

•Excellent training skills, including dynamic and professional communication and presentation capabilities, both virtual and in person.

•Experience designing multimedia-based training or other visual design capability is a plus.

•Ability to build and effectively collaborate with a network of subject matter experts

•Social learning experience is a plus

•SaaS implementation experience required

•Ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple projects, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines

•In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are required. Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Connect, TechSmith Camtasia, Cornerstone On Demand and virtual learning environments is highly preferred.
