Honeywell Channel Sales Representative I-Commercial Security-Remote in Massachusetts
As a Channel Sales Representative I, you will be responsible for driving the Honeywell commercial security brand in the distribution channel. You will foster brand awareness by maintaining regular distributor and dealer contact. You will develop customer relationships by facilitating branch events and activities, attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell commercial security products through technical presentations, seminars, workshops, lunch and learns and counter days. You will work with distributor partners to tell the Honeywell commercial security story and standardize the brand messaging and portfolio positioning. You will work with distributor partners to identify dealer targets in the territory to drive demand for Honeywell at the branch.
This is a remote role with at least 50% travel within your territory. The territory covered is New Jersey, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, and New York.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit distributor branch locations in assigned region
Merchandise distributor locations
Train distributors and dealers on Honeywell product
Champion new product introduction to distribution channel in branches and to dealers
Facilitate dealer engagement with the branch
Maintain and provide reports and opportunity status
Provide competitive intelligence and market trends
Identify, create, coordinate, and attend trade shows, seminars, and other events
COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 47k-70k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 47k-70k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.
