We are excited to add a new member on our team! As a Learning Consultant you will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of Cerner’s training and education programs to promote growth, development and adoption by Cerner associates and its client. You will execute training programs based on the needs and objectives of the business and its client organization. In addition, you will consult with and coordinate between Cerner and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies. You will develop learning curriculum, conduct training and classroom-based coaching onsite and virtual, prepare lesson plans, and evaluate learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes. Finally, you will work directly with Physicians to develop, implement and evaluate training and education programs for clients to advance adoption of best practices.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of facilitation or training experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or similar field
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
Ability to travel as necessary depending on assignment
Willing to live in or relocate to the Lowell, MA area
