Realizing Children’s Strengths is a fast growing company looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our team and build their career with us! We have been providing individualized services to individuals with autism and their families for over 20 years. Our teaching is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on the Verbal Behavior model for teaching language and communication.

The Learning Experience Designer will work to promote the maintenance and growth of internal trainings at RCS Learning Center and RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting. The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for developing and providing trainings and working collaboratively to ensure the best possible training experience for employees.

This is a full-time, salaried position and candidates must be available within the hours of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with flexibility to work outside of these hours if needed.


  • Work collaboratively within and across departments

  • Develop and maintain training library as well as online learning modules

  • Stay current on all BACB training requirements and ensure requirements are met

  • Complete an on-going analysis of trainee data and use to inform training content

  • Provide content support to new hire team members as needed

  • Deliver new hire and in-service trainings to Behavior Therapists and BCBAs

  • Ensure professional development plans are followed and attained

  • Maintain written training plans for all staff

  • Develop annual continuing education units in collaboration with the Clinical Team, as well as aid in coordination


  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Must be a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst or completing the licensing process

  • Must have excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize training tasks

  • Ability to plan to achieve both immediate and long-term goals

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have strong problem solving skills, and be able to seek assistance when needed

  • Ability to build and maintain professional rapport with students and staff

  • Able to demonstrate flexibility within job responsibilities

  • Will have good overall punctuality and attendance
