Description Master Level Intake and Evaluation Clinician Program/ Location: New Bedford Outpatient/Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Education/Licensure: Master\'s Degree required (MSW, MS Psychology, MS Mental Health, M.Ed. Clinical Track); licensure preferred (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LADC-1) Pay Grade: \$70,200 - \$80,080 non-licensed; up to \$90,000 licensed - dependent on experience, education, & licensure status Status: Full time Shift: 2 Shift options available 40Hours: Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm Friday 12p-4pm Saturday 8am-12pm OR 32 Hours Tuesday -Thursday 11am-7pm Friday 12p-4pm Saturday 8am-12pm Some opportunity for telehealth services after successful completion of 90-day probationary period. A great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys/specializes in completing intakes and evaluations (Mental Health, Substance Use, 24Q, or others as needed) Clinician Duties & Responsibilities Maintains and submits any current Licensure or Certificate necessary for the performance of the position Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol Abuse Policy and HIPAA Regulations Crisis intervention Maintain assigned caseload Providing direct care to patients (children, adolescents and adults? including assessments of the new patients, individual counseling, discharge planning, treatment plans, daily progress notes, daily groups, group note completion and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments Responsible for each assigned patients medical records. All records are to be professional, complete and thorough with entries made in a timely manner Provide direct care to the patients. This care will include, but not limited to, individual counseling, group facilitation, lectures, orientation for new patients. discharge and aftercare planning, and case management of patients assigned Responsible for linking patients with aftercare services prior to discharge and aiding the patient and his/her family access outpatient services when appropriate Attend all unit, facility meetings and case conferences as directed by the Clinical Director Other duties as assigned by the Program Director, the Clinical Director, and/or the Senior Clinician Client intake process, complete initial assessments, complete related paperwork, and treatment plans for incoming clients in the evening. Facilitate one group weekly. Clinician Qualifications Master?s Degree in a related field Independent License preferred, not required 2 years experience
