Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to resolve a backlog of quality events, assist with CAPA and investigations, and write protocols for various quality procedures. The ideal candidate will support technical operations and ensure all quality assurance activities are conducted efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Resolve a backlog of quality events.

• Assist with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and investigations.

• Write protocols for following different quality procedures.

• Support technical operations in all quality assurance activities.

Essential Skills

• Quality assurance expertise

• Audit experience

• CAPA management

• Investigation skills

• Protocol writing

• Proficiency with SAP and GMP

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS or MS degree with 10+ years of experience in a quality capacity

• Experience working cross-functionally across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations

Work Environment

This role requires working 100% onsite in Billerica during the 1st shift, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $120.00/hr.
