Digital Communications & Marketing Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Type: Fully Remote

Position Overview

Seeking a Digital Communications & Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our client’s digital outreach, social media, content creation, and online communications strategy. This role aims to ensure broad audience engagement, particularly targeting healthcare workers, stakeholders, and partners through strategic marketing, email campaigns, and digital content.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic communicator who excels in social media management, content creation, video editing, and digital marketing. This role will be crucial for expanding client’s online presence, enhancing engagement, and amplifying the program's impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Development : Manage content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

  2. Scheduling & Monitoring : Write, schedule, and monitor posts.

  3. Analytics : Track and optimize social media performance.

  4. Engagement : Interact with followers and partners.

  5. Video Production : Edit short-form videos for social media.

  6. Outreach Materials : Develop flyers, posters, and email campaigns

  7. Engaging Descriptions : Write compelling content for trainings and webinars.

  8. Email Campaigns : Execute and manage email marketing.

  9. Marketing Copy : Produce copy for social media, websites, and promotional materials.

  10. Video Content : Record and edit video content.

  11. Video Editing Software : Utilize tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.

  12. Accessibility : Create scripts, captions, and subtitles.

  13. Content Updates : Oversee updates on the website.

  14. Community Pages : Manage community pages.

  15. Event Promotion : Support webinar and virtual event promotion.

  16. Consistency : Maintain branding consistency.

  17. Visibility : Identify opportunities for increased brand visibility.

  18. Reporting : Develop monthly marketing reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

  • Strong writing and editing skills.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.

  • Basic video editing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy outreach.

  • Familiarity with Hubspot.

  • Experience with website management and online community engagement.

  • Advanced video editing and motion graphics skills.

  • Spanish fluency.
