Sales Estimator Located in Northampton, MA Salary: \$45,000-\$65,000 Hot Job! \$45,000-\$65,000 Our Client in Northampton is a Premier Manufacturer and supplier of temperature sensors, electrical enclosures and electromechanical assembly services for industrial applications is looking for a Sales Estimator to support the Sales department. Duties involve translating customer needs and specifications, converting into sales proposals/quotations to maximize sales and margin growth. You will work both independently and as part of a team reporting to the Sales Manager. Duties/Responsibilities are not limited to this list and you may be asked by the supervisor to perform other necessary duties/responsibilities. *Estimates matierial and labor cost for customer requests for quote (RFQ) and request for proposal (RFP) *Review Bill or Materials (BOM), assembly drawings, engineering change notices (ECN) as necessary *Compare RFQ to prior orders to confirm accurate cost estimates *Work closely with purchasing team to evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, lead time and quality *Coordinate order review and approval including pricing, notes, and customer Terms and Conditions *Prepare quotations and proposals They provide a comprehensive Benefits package, training, and team oriented environment.
