Position Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle management of products and services across business lines, ensuring they align with client needs, market trends, IHI\'s core value proposition, and organizational goals. This role involves driving strategic initiatives, optimizing product performance, assessing features/benefits, lifecycle management, and delivering impactful solutions that support business growth and customer success. Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions) Strategic Product Leadership Lead and guide the process of defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for market-facing products, aligning with organizational objectives and customer needs. Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to prioritize features and drive innovation. Develop pricing strategies and revenue models that support business goals. Liase with critical departments including information technology, innovation design and learning team, marketing, finance, and others as needed for planning and transparency. Lifecycle Management Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to sunsetting, acting as a liaison between internal teams. Execute roadmaps, design sprints, and scalable solutions to ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery. Product Performance and Quality Management Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and customer engagement. Use analytics and market insights to refine offerings and maintain a competitive edge. Anticipate risks and dependencies, evaluating product portfolio and positioning, implementing mitigation strategies and leading change management efforts for smooth adoption. Ensure products meet market demands, customer needs, and quality standards, while monitoring satisfaction and driving continuous improvement. Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Product Management Comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and optimization. Strong knowledge of market research methodologies, customer needs analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation. Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with pricing strategies, revenue modeling, and financial impact analysis. Expertise in data analytics and performance metrics for evaluating product success. Understanding of risk management principles and change management frameworks. Knowledge of cross-functional collaboration processes, particularly in marketing, education, and consulting contexts. Awareness of emerging market trends and innovations in product management. IHI Product Specific An understanding of improvement science principles and holistic approaches to quality management.
