US Taekwondo & Archery, Inc is seeking Lead Teachers to oversee and deliver an integrated curriculum for each of following classes: Music, Arts, Robotics, Dance, and Physical Fitness. This position involves designing and implementing engaging lessons, managing a dynamic classroom environment, and collaborating with other educators to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students. Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans using creative approaches to create a cohesive and stimulating learning experience. - Update and refine curriculum based on student needs and educational trends. - Delivery high-quality instruction that accommodates diverse learning styles and abilities and use various teaching methods to enhance student learning. - Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. - Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
