Qualifications - Plastics and molding experience - 2+ years of manufacturing experience - A working knowledge of injection molding equipment, mold set-ups, mold operations, plastic resins and mixing procedures including math and measurement techniques/equipment Responsibilities - Molding Technicians will carry out production requirements, oversee equipment problems, work with other departments and perform mold setting duties as necessary - Follows daily production schedule - Troubleshoots and handles equipment and mold problems - Ensures that quality assurance measures and procedures are followed - Processes set-ups, starts up presses We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and machinery. This role involves working with heavy equipment, ensuring quality production, and maintaining safety standards within the work environment. Requirements - Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment. - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery - Ability to operate forklifts safely. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
