Bayada Home Health Care is actively seeking a motivated Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to instruct Home Health Aide (HHA) courses, assist with program recruitment, and aide in occasional in person skills and virtual orientation. Instructor must be located in the state of Massachusetts and be willing to commute to offices on an occasional basis.
Highlights:
90% remote (additional 10% supporting offices within MA)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM

Qualifications include:
Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing for a minimum of 2 years
BSN/MSN preferred
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
Solid communication and PC skills
Must have at least one year of community health, public health or home care experience.
Must have at least six months’ experience supervising homemaker-home health aides.
Experience facilitating training and educational sessions/classes and serve as a mentor
Able to continuously improve and adapt curriculum depending on educational needs
