HVAC Technicians Needed ASAP – Plymouth, MA

Pay : $27–$33/hr + Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, & 401K

Location : On-Site, Full-Time

About the Role :

Join our team as an HVAC Technician and put your skills to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment! You'll install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities :

• Install HVAC units, ductwork, and thermostats

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues

• Replace parts and manage inventory

• Follow all safety standards

Qualifications :

• Strong problem-solving skills & mechanical aptitude

• Experience with HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship required

• 2+ years of related experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
