Dellbrook | JKS Learning and Development Specialist in Quincy, Massachusetts

The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of training and educational courses at Dellbrook|JKS. This role will be based in our Quincy, MA office and reports to the Director of Employee and Project Development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning and execution of Dellbrook|JKS learning programs and education initiatives

  • Assess development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

  • Checks in with Managers to confirm training is effective and provided improved results

  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to L&D projects

  • Liaise with and coordinate training logistics with external vendors

  • Coordinate junior staff mentoring and learning program

  • Keeps accurate records of training programs, materials, participant's attendance & feedback

  • Updates and supplies information for creating the learning calendar

  • Manages the records of all training programs and external training vendors

  • Provide reports on the status of training completions, effectiveness, and other operational metrics

  • Create and update communications for training events and programs

  • Maintain LMS system and integration with Microsoft VIVA channels for the company

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in a related setting (event coordination/planning, education/training role, etc.)

  • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems or database management is preferred.

  • Project Coordination experience is preferred

  • Presentation/facilitation experience preferred
