Professional Education Associate/ Project Coordinator

Raynham, MA ( will work remote during the pandemic but still needs to be local to the area)

Pay Rate: $24-27/hr

Client: Johnson and Johnson

This will be an open-ended contract position with Kelly OCG (Outsource Consulting Group). You will receive benefits including, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, paid vacation, holidays and sick time.

  • Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility

  • Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.

  • Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area. Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards (Bloodborne pathogens training, etc).

  • Collaborate and align with education specialists, marketing, sales and education specialists to deliver agendas customized to the visiting surgeon’s educational goals.

  • Support onsite coordination of surgeon visitors, including logistical planning, set up, welcome, monitoring schedule throughout the day.

  • Participate in regular education visit lab meetings.

  • Coordinate with our Digital team for promotion of events.

  • Utilize existing event management system, registration reports, creations of meeting profiles (aka. CVENT).

  • Assist with the tasks associated with National Program management when needed, which may include but is not limited to shipping and printing course materials specific to Orthopedics, Spine and Mitek.

  • Assist with tasks associated with Preceptorship Program and Phone Consultation management i.e. collaborate with sales to understand visiting surgeons’ educational goals and align with host surgeon visitation site.

  • Assist in copy approval process for Agendas, brochures, welcome letters and social media posts.

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Professional Education or equivalent customer facing role is also required

  • Experience in Medical industry is preferred

  • Strong verbal and written skills with prioritization of tasks, management of daily workload to endure the highest priority tasks take precedence.

  • Aptitude for learning new systems with minimal direction.

Additional Education/Experience:

  • Ability to be well organized and handle planning of multiple events at once

  • Ability to follow up with stakeholders to close events in a timely manner

  • Ability to keep track of tasks across multiple events and increase efficiency through use of system, best practices, and keeping clean records of every event

  • Proficient with Word, PPT, Excel and learning new systems

  • Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, when necessary
