The ideal candidate(s) should be a licensed driving school instructor in the state of Massachusetts, have exceptional communication skills, motivated, enthusiastic, is safety oriented, patient and have a good track record as an instructor teaching, coaching, and mentoring young student drivers.
No experience? That’s OK, we’ll train the right individual towards state certification, and cover all application fees. Interested candidates should have prior experience in coaching / teaching, whether that be professionally, in a sports setting or informal settings, or even prior experience teaching someone how to drive. The training /licensing process can take 6-10 weeks depending on your current availability. Must pass a CORI check and have a clean 5 year driving history. All applicants must have at least a GED/High School Diploma. Weekend availability a plus!

Valid State Driver's License

$1,000 & $1500 sign-on bonus! (See terms below)
*Sign-on bonus terms: Any candidate who accepts afull-timeposition as a Driving Instructor/Driving Instructor Trainee with AAA Northeast will be eligible for a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus. Any candidate who accepts apart-timeposition as a Driving Instructor/Driving Instructor Trainee with AAA Northeast will be eligible to receive a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus.
Sign-On bonus is made payable in two installments. The first installment, representing half of the sign-on amount is paid after 90-days of successful employment. The second installment of the remaining half of the sign-on bonus is paid after 180-days of successful employment.
