We are looking for a dynamic Medical Assistant dedicated to teaching our students to become multi-functional practitioners thoroughly prepared to perform clinical patient care and front office duties. We need you to assist in preparing our students for externship and the RMA exam. As an MA Instructor you will be responsible for…Providing quality, interactive, delivery of assigned courses using the appropriate methods, including teaching and explaining concepts, training and guiding students through formatted interactive lab experiences, and tutoring when necessary. You will manage the classroom, evaluate and assist in the resolution of student issues and problems, and ensure to take appropriate action to the satisfaction of the student and in compliance with the policies, procedures and legal requirements of the Company and/or regulatory agencies.You will also be responsible for assisting to place externs and follow up on their progress as well as participating in preparing students for the RMA exam. Some of your daily responsibilities will include: • Plan, prepare and deliver quality daily lessons based on the program curriculum• Provide personalized instruction in laboratory and classroom settings – your real world experience is invaluable! • Create an exciting learning environment that supports the students’ knowledge and skill acquisition• Integrate the interactive online learning component that replaces standard lectures;• Assess and address student concerns• Launch students into a new level of learning by providing academic support, tutoring and skill enhancements• Assist in matching students with existing and new externship sitesFull and Part-Time opportunities are available.

Required Experience:

We require you to have

• The necessary academic credentials and 3 or more years’ work-related experience and either the RMA or CMA certification. Degree is preferred.

• Solid computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, experience with online learning a plus

• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
