Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interact with clients & vendors, providing excellent customer service & maintaining positive relationships. Lead, manage, & work alongside outdoor living construction crews on day-to-day tasks. Delegate responsibilities to team members & monitor progress to ensure quality standards are met. Operate medium-duty dump trucks, Excavator, skid steer & other landscape & construction equipment. Oversee hardscape projects, including the proper excavation, compaction, & installation of patios, walkways, walls, pool patios, cobble work, fireplaces & firepit, & outdoor kitchens. Collaborate on full outdoor living installation, construction projects, working with designs for plantings, trees, drainage & lawn installations Assist in managing the financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking. Maintain a safe & productive work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should possess: 1 to 2 years of experience leading an outdoor living crew preferred. 3 to 5 years? experience in the landscape & carpentry construction industry Positive attitude & willingness to learn with strong attention to details Strong leadership & communication skills with the ability to manage & mentor crews. Ability to read & follow designs & plans. Experience in hardscaping (pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens) & soft scaping (plant, tree, & lawn installations). Proficient in operating equipment such as dump trucks, excavator, skid steer, construction trailers compactors, & saws. Valid MA driver\'s license & DOT medical card (required).
