Qualifications - Experienced CNA ( at least 3 years) - CNA certificate required - Must have worked in assisted living communities - Valid Driver\'s License and ownership of a reliable vehicle - Able to teach curriculum to a class of 4-7 students - Driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance - Proficiency in English - A reliable cell phone and email - Fully vaccinated against COVID and boosted if eligible - Need to be fully vaccinated per state mandate - PPE equipment provided by HCH if/when required Responsibilities - Your main role, as a paid instructor, will be to assist our students through their training to become certified PCAs - Our instructors will be working and teaching under the direction of our Licensed RN - Maintenance of the classroom which will include sanitizing, vacuuming, and taking out trash - Teaching classes Monday-Wednesday 9-3:30pm - Maintain student files - Keeping up with course work of students - Filling out Mid-class progress reports for students - You will be responsible for attending and possibly conducting HCH EDU Meetings with management staff on a regular basis For the complete job description and how to apply.
