Click here to view the full position listing and details!{target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"} POSITION SUMMARY The Director of the Kripalu School of Yoga (KSY) is the vision holder of the School, and responsible for strategy, overall performance and oversight of administration and personnel who support the School\'s operations. This includes the planning of the programmatic calendar each year, admissions and marketing, faculty and staff management and budget management. The Director moves KSY forward in alignment with Kripalu\'s overall vision, mission and values, ensures consistency of Kripalu methodology in KSY curricula and updates curriculum in partnership with the Chief Learning Officer. This role is also part of Kripalu\'s Lead Faculty team. SCHEDULE - This role is full-time; however, part-time is possible with amendment to duties. Please indicate on your application if you are interested in full- or part-time. - This position may require occasional night and weekend availability. - This role will be ideally on-site but remote/hybrid arrangement is possible with regular visits to campus.
