The Project Coordinator is a full-time, temp-to-hire role located in the Greenfield area. Come work for a great team where your efforts make a very positive difference! In this role, you\'ll work with directors from two different departments to provide oversight for a variety of projects. Some of your tasks include things like supporting the department in meeting timelines, achieving strategic goals, organizing office activities, and completing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. Other tasks may include: Collaborating with multiple departments to meet the Program Development objectives. Drafting contracts, running reports, and updating forms, templates, and databases. Creating, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital files. Scheduling and organizing meetings for staff and coordinate staff calendars. Assisting with coordinating and planning professional development training activities. Project Coordinator Requirements: 2-5 years of related experience or educational background. Associate\'s degree in office management or related background preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and in using Google Suites. Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously. High accountability for performance; goal-oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure.
