Brandeis - Waltham Campus Apply The International Business School (IBS) at Brandeis University seeks to hire an Assistant Director of Admissions Operations. The Assistant Director is responsible for managing and implementing operational standards for graduate application flow and processing. The Assistant Director aids in all recruitment efforts and enrollment of a high quality domestic and international class of graduate students. Both within the University and to the external community, the Assistant Director is a spokesperson, representation, and advocate for the graduate programs. This position is suitable for partial remote work 2-3 days a week and on campus work 2-3 days a week once onboarding, training, and/or initial review period has been completed. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of application process to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Manage Slate database for prospect and applicant data. Evaluate and update the BusinessCAS application and integration, as needed, including updating decision letters and maintaining the admissions portal. Serve as contract for applicants to ensure timely and successful completion of their applications. Work with International Students and Scholars Office to ensure efficient processing of international visa requests. Track progress and application procedures for special groups such as international applications, scholars, special students, etc. Evaluate international transcripts for degree equivalency. Assist with application review, as needed. Assist the Office of Academic Affairs and Student Experience with Scholars Slate management, including creating and updating the application and enrollment materials for this program. Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies to facilitate application flow, selection, and enrollment of graduate students. Assist in the implementation of all admission and outreach efforts for the Business School graduate programs including recruitment fairs, information sessions, open houses and yield events as needed. Assist in the smooth transition of accepted students to deposited and enrolled students through yield events, communications and assistance with orientation. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree plus 3-5 years related work experience Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to represent the graduate programs within and outside of Brandeis. Must be collaborative, detailed, and team-oriented Familiarity with Slate preferred.
