Wolters Kluwer Marketing Manager in Waltham, Massachusetts

The Marketing Manager – Corporate Tax NA will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling lead generation strategies across all channels to drive pipeline growth and support overall revenue goals for the Indirect Tax business in North America. You will be pivotal to effective execution of Direct Tax marketing tactics.

Reporting to the Director of NA Marketing, Tax, you will drive achievement of monthly pipeline targets by overseeing and analyzing campaign performance across multiple channels, including digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, live events, tradeshows, email marketing, and website forms. This role will take an analytical and creative approach to problem solving while communicating Marketing progress and insights to the Director.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns through close collaboration with the Tax Marketing, Product Management/Marketing, and Partner teams to drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.

  • Collaborate on creatively optimizing events to engage in differentiated ways, establish KPIs, and deliver lead generation tactics during live events while also ensuring strong brand presence, prospect/customer experience and effective follow up. This could involve working across functions, business segments, messages and divisions.

  • Oversee and track performance of webinars and virtual events ensuring seamless coordination and audience engagement.

  • Oversee and make strategic recommendations to content syndication programs.

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, working with internal teams on best practices, building and maintaining a marketable database of leads/MQLs aligning with target segments, top accounts, Ideal Customer Profiles and buying committees. You will also influence database hygiene and other Marketing Operations decisions/activities.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce and Marketo, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, insides sales, product management/marketing, partner managers and content development experts, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key lead generation and asset initiatives.

  • Participate in pipeline scenario building, budgeting, purchasing processes and compliance, plus budget management, to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing programs and year-over-year ROI improvements.

  • Own our project management solution usage, guiding the team in best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the enterprise software space. Corporate Tax marketing a plus.

  • Prior managerial experience, leading projects and/or direct reports.

  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to clearly articulate campaign objectives, strategies, and results to diverse stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with lead generation and demand generation programs.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Marketo, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and third-party data tools like ZoomInfo.

  • Exceptional project management skills with experience creating project workflows (experience with Monday.com a plus!)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and clearly report on campaign performance.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $121,350 - $170,050
