The ideal candidate will collaborate with Brandeis colleagues, program and faculty directors, staff, students and field project partners to provide a high level of organization, customer service, and create and manage operational activities for Experiential Learning. This position will manage the day-to-day operations for a number of projects; serve as an active and integrated thought partner on a small nimble team; create and organize efficient operational processes for a group dedicated to experiential learning; and play a large role in helping to shape the direction of experiential learning curriculum and programming at IBS. Key Responsibilities: Support and Collaborate with Faculty, Students and Project teams Supporting the daily needs and logistics of 6-10 FPs/semester, including but not limited to: creating and maintaining relationships with project partners, handling disagreements between project partner and student teams; attending and arranging internal and external meetings between faculty, students, and FP partners; tracking student progress; helping when questions arise; creating and editing student facing materials; organizing and filing confidential information; help with execution of team and project management; distribute and collect NDAs to students as applicable, work one-on-one with students to support and improve in various areas such as facilitation and presenting. Support Field Projects Program at High Level Assist in FP sourcing and planning calls with project partner companies and faculty advisors, connect field project partners to the CSE team as appropriate. Contribute to short-term and long-term strategic planning, field questions from students and academic advisors, and process various communications throughout the FP experience, manage deadlines for students, co-lead student-facing seminars on experiential learning with Assistant Director. Miscellaneous Program Coordination Responsible for miscellaneous tasks, including but not limited to: digital organization, competitive analysis reviews of comparable schools, researching grant opportunities aligned with experiential learning, researching companies to partner with, participating in calls and in-person visits with potential field project partners, creating student-facing emails and materials as needed. Data Collection Assist the Assistant Director in the collection and analysis of various student data related to field projects, including for the use of forecasting student demand. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree preferred and 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience Project management experience a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and follow through High level of organization and professionalism required.
