The Marketing, Recruitment and Curriculum Development Consultant will work directly under the supervision of Rabbi Shirley Idelson, Director of the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program. The focus of the part time position will be to create and implement marketing strategies to broaden Hornstein's reach in the community and to develop a recruitment plan for the fall of 2022. In addition, this position will include some targeted curriculum development, to expand the Hornstein educational offerings to its students. Lastly, this position will involve planning for the creation of our new certificate program that we hope to launch later in 2023. Through weekly meetings with the Director, priorities will be determined for the specifications of the immediate and long term needs for the Hornstein Program.
