South Shore Community Action Council Teacher Preschool-PM in Wareham, Massachusetts

South Shore Early Education and Care a program of the South Shore Community Action Council - a private non-profit providing multi-level program support on the South Shore, Cape and Islands, South Shore Early Education and Care in Wareham seeks a full-time -PM Teacher Preschool EEC candidate, 32.50 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Scheduled hours 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends, salary commensurate with degree and experience, excellent employee benefits package, paid employee lunch break, in service training. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Core Duties: Develop and implement daily lesson & curriculum plans using creative curriculum. Assist Co Teacher to create and maintain a safe and healthy physical environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of students. Perform teaching activities that align with the EEC and Head Start Performance Standards regulations. Meal assistance, Bus Monitoring and other various activities as assigned. Core Qualifications Commonwealth of Massachusetts EEC certification in Preschool required. Bachelor degree in early childhood preferred, minimum of associate degree in early childhood required, CDA considered. Must be able to speak and understand English. Minimum Requirements at employment: ? All candidates must undergo a CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background check; prior to beginning employment. ?
