Job Description: Responsible for performing all aspects of customer interaction. This includes assisting with dispatch/scheduling, estimating, invoicing & equipment, assignment of duties for field personnel as outlined below: Dispatch/Scheduling: Assisting with the schedule & assigning the most appropriate crane, operator, etc. to the job based on customer needs. Communication: Assisting with the communication to the field to help ensure seamless transition of project specific information. This is crucial to ensure our projects are delivered timely, safely & to the standards our clients have come to expect. Estimating: Initial point of contact for existing & potential clients. Responsible for the intake of information required for the Sales Team to accurately & effectively create a cost proposal for the client. Responsible for tracking the estimating schedule to ensure estimates are being returned to clients in a timely manner. Responsible for following up with estimates to ensure they were received & if the potential client has any questions or concerns with their proposal. Job Planning: Assist with internal documentation, contract-specific submissions, logistical requirements, & other tasks that are required for each individual job. Invoicing: Create invoices for approval. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain rapport with individual customers & other individuals within the industry. Follow up on requests. Working with the President of the Company, adjust company policies, procedures & strategies to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts using an array of strategies, helping to maintain a strategy to increase market share &/or purse the most desirable customers & industries.
