MassHire Holyoke Career Center High School Career Center Coordinator in Westfield, Massachusetts
Job Title: High School Career Center Coordinator Location: Career Center; Westfield High School Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, some evenings and weekends Salary: \$40,000 - \$45,000 Summary: As a member of MassHire Holyokes (MHH) Youth Services Team, the High School Career Center Coordinator is out-stationed at the Westfield High School (WHS) Career Center. Working collaboratively with WHS staff, s/he helps develop and oversee all services provided at the WHS Career Center as identified below, including, but not limited to, career exploration, job search and application assistance, researching educational options, internship development, computerized job search, resume and interview preparation, screening students for program eligibility, and providing other core career counseling and job readiness services. The Career Center Coordinator also must work closely with the Westfield Business Community helping identify internship and job placement opportunities. S/he must interact collaboratively with WHS faculty and staff.
