This is a Full-time, school-year, hourly position. Responsibilities include: - Provide instructional support in the vocational-technical and academic classes. - Ensure confidentiality in regard to all student information. - Carry out specialized instruction and support to assist the student toward progress on IEP goals and work completion. -Assist the teacher in data collection on student performance including all IEP goal areas, work completion, and taught skills. - Establish ongoing communication with the educational staff and support personnel. - Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) if necessary and as directed by the BCBA. - Implement accommodations and modifications per IEPs. - Maintain a professional attitude and relationship with all members of the school community. - Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and attend professional development opportunities as required. - Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor. - Report to the Administrator of Special Education.
