Qualifications:
Call Center experience - inbound call center with data entry
Strong Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
Experience utilizing ERP Softwares (Five5 or SAP preferred)
High volume call center experience
Medical Device industry experience preferred
Detail-oriented
Job Overview:
Respond to general product inquiries, guiding customers with accurate and helpful information.
Address broader concerns or questions about company services, fostering customer satisfaction.
Handle approximately 75 calls per day, assisting customers with their inquiries.
100 orders daily, which may come through various channels such as phone, fax, and email.
Maintain professionalism and efficiency while addressing a wide range of customer needs.
Majority of the calls coming in are customers calling in with regards to their orders; for example, there might be an issue with their order (incorrect color was shipped) or they might be checking on the status of their order or shipment)
Input orders into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing.
Provide customers with updates on the status of their orders or shipments.
Assist customers in placing new orders as needed.
Work Environment:
They will be bonsite. Boston office.
Monday – Friday
Hours: 8am-6pmest. 8.5 hours
Lunch will be staggered
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
