Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking an Operator I to join their team. As an Operator I, you will be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator I

Location: Westford, MA

Pay Range: $21.50 per hour

Schedule: 6:00AM to 4:30 PM - Monday thru Thursday

What's the Job?

• Produce high-quality medical devices including pacemakers and defibrillators within a manufacturing cell.

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations under close supervision.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure job documentation is up to date.

• Communicate effectively with manufacturing management regarding ideas, problems, and solutions.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

What's Needed?

• High school degree or equivalent required.

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision.
