Citizens Marketing Partner in Westwood, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Customer Communications (ECC) Marketing Partner supports Citizens’ 1:1 marketing to existing customers across a variety of products and initiatives. The Marketing Partner will join the ECC Marketing team and is responsible for the creative strategy and execution of messaging across channels, including email, SMS, and mobile container space.

This individual will oversee the end-to-end creative development of personalized messaging, including strategic direction, oversight of template and content development, channel hand-off, quality assurance testing, vendor management, final approvals, and auditing. They will engage directly with marketing strategy leads, product managers, compliance, and creatives to develop briefs resulting in the content needed to support a product’s lifecycle. Additionally, the Marketing Partner will ensure consistency across products and deliver recommendations on best practices.

The Marketing Partner will be responsible for:

  • Executing flawless end-to-end marketing – Develop, implement, and track omnichannel campaigns

  • Developing creative briefs to inform customer campaigns and partnering directly with copywriters and designers from a project management standpoint

  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and diligent organization/project management

  • Using campaign performance metrics and analytics to inform decision making and strategic recommendations

  • Collaborating with key marketing and business partners resulting in clear inputs, decisions and alignment of project objectives and key results

  • Ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and managing inventory of production creative assets

  • Ensuring all assets are implemented in full compliance with defined processes and regulatory guidelines in partnership with legal/risk/compliance partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions

  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment

  • Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering strategic insights and recommendations

  • Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and a high sense of urgency

  • Computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous CRM or Email Marketing experience and knowledge

  • Experience working in Agile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-F
