SUMMARY:

Perform a variety of repetitive duties to set up and operate a rotational molding machine to produce various sizes of plastic products.

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work from both written and verbal instructions.

·Understand and follow standard safetyand manufacturing procedures as documented.

·Understand and follow establishedcompany and department policies and procedures.

·Possess or acquire the ability tosafely and correctly use a variety of powered and manual hand tools, motorizedhoists, gantries and other equipment used in the production process.

·Possess or acquire the ability to readand understand basic information on blueprints and manufacturing work ordersneeded to produce product that meets required specifications.

·Perform or assist in machine operationsto set up and service molds, monitor instrument controls, check productquality, and make adjustments as required.

·Demonstrate and share technicalknowledge with others in training.

·Perform secondary operations on moldedproduct as required.

·Maintain established quality standards.

·Maintain work area(s) and equipment ina safe, clean, and orderly condition.

·Maintain daily production and otherrecords as required.

·Acquire the ability to operate arotational molding machine with minimum supervision.

·Perform other related duties asrequired or directed.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

· This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities.

Shift:

· 1 st : 6am – 2:15pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
