They are currently looking for 2 contact recruiters that have experience in recruiting or human resources to help in a surge recruiting effort for operators in Beaverton, Oregon, Chelmsford, MA and Limerick, Ireland. Any prior experience using Workday as an ATS is a huge plus along with any experience in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry. The operator technicians these recruiters will be recruiting for are operator technicians that will be in fabs (clean rooms) which makes this a physically demanding job being on your feet for 12 hours loading wafers, following specifications and repetitive tasks. The operators must also be comfortable wearing full personal protective equipment suits.

Compensation: $20/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
