Job Title: CNC Set up Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating CNC machines, including both CNC Milling and Lathe machines. You will be responsible for reading blueprints and work orders, using measurement tools, and inspecting parts coming off the machines. Experience with Haas lathe machines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Milling and Lathe machines.

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

• Use measurement tools such as calipers, verniers, and micrometers.

• Inspect parts coming off the machines to ensure quality.

• Perform setup tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of CNC experience in a production-manufacturing environment.

• 3+ years of experience operating Milling and Lathe machines.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Comfortable using measurement tools.

• Experience with stainless steel and aluminum.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Haas lathe machines.

• Stable work history with a preference for long-term tenure.

Work Environment

You will be working in a modern facility equipped with the latest technology. The team consists of a small group of machinists, programmers, and engineers. The dress code is business casual. The work environment is clean and up-to-date, providing a comfortable and professional setting.

• 1st shift

• Monday - Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
