Essential Duties and Position Responsibilities
Responsible for receipt of all components, raw materials, production supplies and miscellaneous items into the ERP system.
Complete and distribute all applicable documentation in accordance with Company procedures and deliver receipts to appropriate locations.
Fulfilling pick requests within designated time /supporting manufacturing requests
Maintain all records of receipts and shipments electronically and physically in an organized manner
Prepare shipments, maintain control of lot numbers, complete all documentation accurately
Be proficient in the use of UPS, Federal Express and ERP-related software
Responsible for all warehouse inventory, receipt, and material movement
Perform cycle counts in order to achieve inventory accuracy
Partner with quality to ensure all scrap material is disposed of in accordance with applicable procedures
Maintain good attendance as outlined in the Attendance Guidelines for the facility
Maintain warehouse in a clean, organized condition in accordance with Company policy and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Be proficient and capable in the operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, power trucks, etc
The ability to work overtime, as needed
Special projects as assigned
Support and follow SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) guidelines

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of warehouse experience required
Previous experience using warehouse equipment
Must be able to operate equipment to move heavy items, materials, containers, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently
Must be fluent in English
Key Relationships:
Work Leaders – providing material to production lines as required.
Materials – shipping/receiving of components and finished goods.
Finance – Ensure receipts are entered accurately for invoice payment.
Quality – Report shipment damage or missing documentation.
