Information and Referral Supervisor - Hybrid Schedule Seeking full-time (37.5 hours/week) Information and Referral Supervisor. The Information and Referral Supervisor has a hybrid schedule (minimum 2 days in office). The Information and Referral Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the information and referral services team and related positions. This role involves managing staff who provide accurate, timely, and relevant information to consumers seeking assistance with social services, community resources, or specific needs. The supervisor ensures that team members effectively assess client needs, connect them to appropriate services, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available resources in accordance with the regulatory requirements, agency policy, and reflective of consumer person centered goals. Qualifications and Abilities: Bachelor\'s degree required. Field of degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, nursing, sociology, criminal justice, public health, public policy, or gerontology preferred. A minimum of at least 3 years? experience working in human services is required. At least 1 year of Supervisory experience is preferred. Community Resource Specialist in Aging and Disability Certification preferred. If not already certified, the selected candidate will be required to obtain certification within 6 months of hire. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required. Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team skills. Ability to multitask, keep accurate records, have a strong attention to detail, document clearly, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing, all within a fast-paced environment. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Share Point, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 lbs. and have the ability to climb stairs. \ A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment.
