Rainbow Child Development Center offers children a wide variety of extended learning experiences including gardening, nutrition, STEAM, music, reading, and social emotional skills. At Rainbow Child Development Center (RCDC), a NAEYC accredited early education and care center for young children, we have long understood the importance of young children?s emotional competence and of an evidence-based social emotional learning approach in creating the building blocks for lifelong learning and success. Our child centered holistic curriculum provides developmentally appropriate learning experience to promote each child?s fullest potential in the areas of social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Responsible for the supervision and safety of the children enrolled in the program and carrying out daily program activities during the program\'s operation during the school year including after school (1:30-5:30) and full day programs (7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) during school vacation weeks.
