Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. SCO/One Care Supervisor -Hybrid in Worcester, Massachusetts
SCO/One Care Supervisor-Hybrid Seeking a full time (37.5 hours/ weekly) SCO/One Care Supervisor. SCO/One Care Supervisor works within the Managed Care Program Department. The SCO/One Care Supervisor\'s responsibilities include: supervision of a group of Support Services Coordinators (SSCs). Monitoring, assisting, and consulting with SSCs in the development of consumer interdisciplinary plans of care to ensure consumers needs are met and in compliance with SCO/One Care regulations. Developing and establishing relationships with SCO and One Care administrators and the Interdisciplinary Care Team (ICT). Managing assigned SCO and One Care administrative tasks including billing and monthly compliance reports.Preparing written evaluations for SSC staff. Assisting with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of SSCs. Bachelor\'s degree required, in social services or related field preferred. At least 3 years\' experience working in social service or related field required. A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience is preferred. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required. Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team skills. Ability to multitask, keep accurate records, have a strong attention to detail, document clearly, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing, all within a fast-paced environment. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Share Point, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds and have the ability to climb stairs. \ A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment.
