A day in the life of this role: The Nutritionist/Dietitian reports to the Medical Director and works closely with all department heads and Community Health Workers to provide nutritional services and ensure accurate and constant patient education to the patients of HCHC. What we need from you: Registered or Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist Minimum of 2 years of related experience Epic experience preferred Competencies and Attributes: You are trustworthy, responsible, independent, take ownership and deliver results.
